Return Policy

We cannot accept returns on perishables, such as coffee.

If there is a problem with your order or you run into any problems with your coffee, please contact us within one week of receiving your order at team@tdhcoffee.com. We’ll do our best to ensure your happiness.

All merchandise (e.g., shirts, hats, tote bags) sales are final. These items are made to order and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless the items are defective.

If your merchandise arrives defective, we absolutely want to make that right. However, we cannot accept returns on used items. Please ensure that all merchandise items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at team@tdhcoffee.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will contact you with regards to how your return will be handled. At this time, we cannot refund the price of shipping.

We can replace any items damaged in transit.

If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us at team@tdhcoffee.com. Please include the order number, item name, and a photo so that we can make amends and acknowledge issues with our packaging. If the box itself was damaged in transit, please attach a photo of the damaged box so that we can contact our shipping partners.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Sale items. All sales items are final sale.
